I create with all kinds of mediums I want to try and like. I mostly paint with acrylics but I’m learning aquarelle, gouache and oil painting too. I create digital art with Procreate. I enjoy photography and I’m very interested in the visual world of fashion. I’m drawing and learning lino printing too. 2D feels more like my thing but I’m experimenting with 3D sometimes too. Whatever I’m interested in I will try, I’m not limited to one medium.

I create with feeling, without thinking too much. I can think and plan a bit beforehand but when I’m painting I need to let loose and do what my body and subconsciousness wants to do. I absolutely love the accidents that happen on the canvas or whatever material, when the paint lands however it happened to land on the spot, those are the best parts. This allows the viewer’s imagination to fill the unclear parts to a full image and their experience plays a part in what they see in the art work, and thus what they experience through it.

I don’t have a degree in art but I wouldn’t say I’m totally self-taught either. I completed basic studies of visual arts (Kuvataiteen perusopinnot) in 2024 in open university by University of Lapland. I have also been on visul arts oriented class already in elementary school and then went to Visual Arts School of Helsinki for upper secondary school. So art has always been in my life, and I hope it will be in even larger amounts in the future.

I have both artistic and technical skills. I want to learn more about combining these two, and eventually come up with new ways to do that!
